Between maritime Brittany and influences from around the world, L'Amirauté offers you a demanding and generous market cuisine, where each plate tells the story of an encounter. Here, roasted Breton langoustines meet Armagnac, grilled pollack is accompanied by a mussel jus with Iberian chorizo, and oysters from the Maison Legris in Plouguerneau arrive in all their iodised freshness.

 

At lunchtime, let yourself be guided by the Menu Découverte - an invitation to explore two or three mealtimes composed according to the season, from €22. In the evening, the menu showcases the chef's entire palette: locally caught fish, exceptional French meats, traditional desserts - including ice creams and sorbets from Maison Jampi, an artisan ice-cream maker in Bohars.

L'Amirauté also offers a range of spaces for your corporate events. Bring your colleagues or employees together in a productive, calm and warm setting. Three fully equipped rooms, ranging from 25 to 75 m², can accommodate up to 65 guests.
