Following the renovation of the L'Amirauté**** hotel (Beautiful Life Hotels) in 2021, it is now the turn of the restaurant and its team to get a second wind.
Rémi Casterman is at the helm of the kitchen. Originally from the Brest region, he has been immersed in local produce, from the sea and the land. Accompanied by a brigade of 4 people, he puts his talents to good use and delights the senses of the restaurant's guests.
He won a Michelin Assiette in 2016 at a local restaurant.
Whether in Montreal, Tignes or Cap d'Ail, the Chef has honed his skills around the world, bringing his talents back to his native region.
A new direction has been taken to make the Table de l'Amirauté a memorable experience.

L'Amirauté also offers a range of spaces for your corporate events. Bring your colleagues or employees together in a productive, calm and warm setting. Three fully equipped rooms, ranging from 25 to 75 m², can accommodate up to 65 guests.
A new lease of life
A breath of fresh air is blowing through the Table de l'Amirauté. It is embodied by the renewal of both the team and the cuisine. The world of the Table de l'Amirauté is turning towards refinement and the pleasure of the senses, towards a more sensitive and gourmet cuisine. The products featured are seasonal and local, fish, seafood and Breton specialities, and everything is homemade.
